Abstract
Ushbu ilmiy maqola umum ta’lim maktabi o‘quvchilarining jismoniy tayyorgarligini rivojlantirishda sport to‘garaklarining o‘rni, ahamiyati va ilmiy asoslangan pedagogik mexanizmlarini tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqotda sport mashg‘ulotlarining fiziologik, psixologik, biomexanik va pedagogik ta’siri, yosh davrlar fiziologiyasi, jismoniy rivojlanish omillari, koordinatsion ko‘nikmalar, mushak kuchi, chidamlilik, epchillik, tezkorlik, harakat malakalari shakllanishi bo‘yicha ilmiy tahlillar amalga oshirilgan. Sport to‘garaklarining ta’lim jarayonida qo‘llanishi o‘quvchilarning umumiy jismoniy tayyorgarligini oshirish, sog‘lom turmush tarzini shakllantirish, ijtimoiy moslashuvini yaxshilash, stressga chidamliligini kuchaytirish va motivatsiyasini oshirishda muhim omil sifatida namoyon bo‘ldi. Tadqiqot natijalari sport to‘garaklari muntazam qatnashgan o‘quvchilarda jismoniy rivojlanish ko‘rsatkichlari nazorat guruhiga nisbatan barqaror yuqori ekanini ko‘rsatib, umumta’lim maktablarida sport to‘garaklarining ilmiy-metodik asoslangan holda tashkil etilishi muhimligini tasdiqlaydi.
