Abstract
Xozirgi “uchinchi renessens” taraqqiyot davrida asosiy yuqumsiz kasalliklar (AYUK) ustidan nazorat tizimini takomillashtirishga oid zamonaviy yondashuvlarni ishlab chiqish masalasi, uning nazariy va ilmiy asoslarini ishlab chiqish mavzularni xalqaro miqyosida dolzarbligicha qolmoqda. Xattoki AYUK tarqalish tendensiyasi nafaqat turg‘unlashgan, balki tobora ko‘payib dolzarblashgan va yanada ko‘payib pandemik tus olib borishi yaqin kelajak davomida prognozlashgan.
