YUQORI QAVATLI TURAR-JOY BINOLARINI ZAMONAVIYLASHTIRISHDA IJTIMOIY INFRATUZILMA VA ENERGIYA TEJAMKOR TEXNOLOGIYALARNI RIVOJLANTIRISH
Abstract
Mazkur maqolada yuqori qavatli turar-joy binolarini zamonaviylashtirish jarayonida ijtimoiy infratuzilma va energiya tejamkor texnologiyalarni birgalikda rivojlantirishning nazariy hamda amaliy jihatlari tadqiq etildi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi mavjud ko‘p qavatli uy-joy fondini yangilashda energiya samaradorligi, sog‘lom yashash muhiti, urbanistik qulaylik va ijtimoiy xizmatlar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlikni ilmiy asosda ochib berishdan iborat bo‘ldi. Ishda tizimli tahlil, qiyosiy yondashuv, normativ-huquqiy hujjatlar, xalqaro tashkilotlar tavsiyalari va ilmiy maqolalar kontent-tahliliga tayangan holda integrallashgan modernizatsiya modeli ishlab chiqildi. Natijalarga ko‘ra, yuqori qavatli turar-joy binolarining haqiqiy modernizatsiyasi faqat fasadni yangilash yoki muhandislik tizimlarini almashtirish bilan cheklanmaydi; u issiqlik himoyasi, energiya tejamkor derazalar, yuqori samarali HVAC tizimlari, quyosh energetikasi, aqlli boshqaruv, ichki mikroiqlim nazorati, drenaj, yashil hovli, piyoda va inklyuziv kirish, maktabgacha ta’lim, sog‘liqni saqlash va kundalik servislar bilan uzviy uyg‘unlashgandagina kompleks natija beradi. Tadqiqotda taklif etilgan ko‘p mezonli baholash tizimi energiya sarfi, ichki muhit sifati, ekspluatatsion xarajat, xizmatlarga yaqinlik, universal qulaylik, iqlimga chidamlilik va aholi qoniqishi kabi ko‘rsatkichlarni yagona platformada birlashtiradi. Maqolaning ilmiy yangiligi shundaki, unda yuqori qavatli turar-joy binolarini modernizatsiya qilish energiya, urbanistika va ijtimoiy infratuzilma kesishgan nuqtada ko‘rib chiqildi hamda O‘zbekiston sharoitiga mos integrallashgan amaliy yondashuv ishlab chiqildi. Tadqiqot xulosalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, mamlakatimizda uy-joy fondining hajmi, urbanizatsiya sur’ati va energiya resurslaridan samarali foydalanish zarurati bunday ilmiy-amaliy yondashuvni dolzarb qilib qo‘ymoqda.
