STRESS HOLATIDA SHAXS O‘Z-O‘ZINI BOSHQARISHNING PSIXOLOGIK ASOSLARI
Abstract
This article analyzes the psychological foundations of self-regulation in stressful situations. It examines the role of motivational, cognitive, emotional, and social factors in managing stress. Special attention is given to internal motivation, coping strategies, self-efficacy, and emotional intelligence as key mechanisms ensuring psychological stability and effective self-management.
