Abstract
Ushbu maqolada bo'lajak o'qituvchilarni tarbiyaviy faoliyatga korporativ tayyorlash mexanizmlarining tuzilishi va mazmuni sinergetik tahlil asosida ko'rib chiqilgan. Korporativ tayyorlashning tashkiliy-boshqaruv, mazmuniy-metodologik va kommunikativ-refleksiv bloklari ochib berilgan, ular o'rtasidagi sinergetik o'zaro aloqalar tavsiflanib, samaradorlikni oshirish yo'llari asoslab berilgan.
