Abstract
Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekistonning arid va subarid landshaftlarida yer degradatsiyasi, cho‘llanish, sho‘rlanish, yaylov mahsuldorligining pasayishi va suv tanqisligi jarayonlarini geografik jihatdan baholashda GIS hamda masofadan zondlash ma’lumotlaridan foydalanishning metodik asoslari ishlab chiqiladi. Tadqiqotda landshaft degradatsiyasini faqat tuproq yoki vegetatsiya ko‘rsatkichi bilan emas, balki relyef, gidrologik rejim, yer qoplami dinamikasi, antropogen yuklama va iqlimiy qurg‘oqchilik indikatorlari bilan kompleks ko‘rish zarurligi asoslanadi. Maqola natijasida arid hududlar uchun degradatsiya xavfini aniqlashga xizmat qiluvchi ko‘p mezonli geoaxborot modeli, monitoring indikatorlari va hududiy boshqaruvga tatbiq etiladigan tavsiyalar taklif etiladi.
