MAKTABGACHA TA'LIM TASHKILOTLARIDA INTROVERT BOLALARNI IJTIMOIYLASHTIRISHNING PEDAGOGIK-PSIXOLOGIK USULLARI

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada maktabgacha ta'lim tashkilotlarida (MTT) introvert temperamentli bolalarni ijtimoiylashtirish masalasi pedagogik-psixologik nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot maktabgacha yoshdagi (3–7 yosh) introvert bolalarda kuzatiladigan ijtimoiy adaptatsiya qiyinchiliklari, ularning o'ziga xos psixologik xususiyatlari va ushbu xususiyatlarni hisobga olgan holda qo'llaniladigan samarali pedagogik-psixologik usullarni aniqlashga qaratilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko'rsatadiki, o'yin terapiyasi, kichik guruh shaklidagi faoliyat, individual yondashuv va tuzilgan ijtimoiy muhit yaratish usullari introvert bolalarning tengdoshlari bilan muloqotga kirisha olishi, o'z-o'ziga ishonchi oshishi va guruh jarayonlariga muvaffaqiyatli qo'shilishi uchun muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Pedagoglar va psixologlarning hamkorligi asosida ishlab chiqilgan kompleks yondashuv eng yuqori natijalarga erishishga zamin yaratadi.
