OLIY TA’LIMDA GIMNASTIKA MASHG‘ULOTLARINI FUNKSIONAL TAYYORGARLIK VA JAROHATLANISH PROFILAKTIKASI ASOSIDA TAKOMILLASHTIRISH

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalarida jismoniy madaniyat yo‘nalishi talabalari bilan olib boriladigan gimnastika mashg‘ulotlarini funksional tayyorgarlik, koordinatsion rivojlanish, harakat madaniyati va jarohatlanish profilaktikasi asosida takomillashtirish masalasi ilmiy-metodik jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Gimnastika faqat sport texnikasi majmui emas, balki tayanch-harakat apparati, vestibulyar barqarorlik, mushaklararo muvofiqlashuv, fazoviy orientatsiya va pedagogik nazoratni birlashtiruvchi murakkab o‘quv-tarbiyaviy tizim sifatida qaraladi. Tadqiqotda zamonaviy sport pedagogikasi, jismoniy faollik bo‘yicha xalqaro tavsiyalar, yosh sportchilarni sog‘lom rivojlantirishga oid konsensus yondashuvlari hamda gimnastikada jarohatlanish xavfini kamaytirish bo‘yicha so‘nggi ilmiy qarashlar asos qilib olindi. Maqolada gimnastika mashg‘ulotlarini uch bosqichli metodik model — tayyorlov-diagnostik, texnik-koordinatsion va integrativ-nazorat bosqichlari orqali tashkil etish taklif qilinadi. Modelning pedagogik mohiyati shundan iboratki, talabaning umumiy jismoniy tayyorgarligi, texnika xavfsizligi, harakatni ongli boshqarishi va o‘zini baholash kompetensiyasi bir vaqtning o‘zida shakllantiriladi. Natijada gimnastika darslari oddiy me’yoriy mashqlar yig‘indisidan chiqib, kasbiy-pedagogik kompetensiyani rivojlantiruvchi tizimli vositaga aylanishi asoslanadi.
