Abstract

Maqolada Bolonya jarayonining oliy ta’limni modernizatsiyalashdagi konseptual va amaliy roli tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot kredit-modul tizimi, diplomlar tan olinishi, ta’lim sifatini kafolatlash, akademik mobillik, talaba markazli ta’lim va malaka ramkalari kabi yo‘nalishlarni oliy ta’lim boshqaruvining o‘zaro bog‘liq elementlari sifatida ko‘rib chiqadi. Bolonya jarayoni Yevropa oliy ta’lim hududi doirasida shakllangan bo‘lsa-da, uning prinsiplari global oliy ta’lim tizimiga ham ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda. Maqolada ushbu jarayonni mexanik nusxalash emas, balki milliy oliy ta’lim ehtiyojlariga mos ravishda institutsional moslashtirish zarurligi asoslanadi. O‘zbekiston oliy ta’limi uchun kredit-modul tizimi, akademik mustaqillik, ichki sifat kafolati va xalqaro hamkorlikni kuchaytirish muhim imkoniyat yaratadi, biroq bunday modernizatsiya pedagogik madaniyat, baholash shaffofligi, o‘quv yuklamasining real hisoblanishi va talaba mas’uliyati bilan uyg‘unlashgandagina samarali bo‘ladi.
