ERTALABKI BADAN TARBIYA MASHG‘ULOTLARINING INSON ORGANIZMIGA TA’SIRI

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada ertalabki badan tarbiya mashg‘ulotlarining inson organizmiga fiziologik, psixologik, gigiyenik va ijtimoiy-pedagogik ta’siri ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Ertalabki jismoniy mashqlar insonning kunlik faoliyatga moslashuvi, yurak-qon tomir va nafas olish tizimlarining faollashuvi, mushak-bo‘g‘im apparatining uyg‘onishi, modda almashinuvi jarayonlarining me’yorlashuvi, ishchanlik hamda ruhiy barqarorlikning oshishida muhim omil sifatida qaraladi. Tadqiqotda ertalabki badan tarbiyasining organizmga ta’siri faqat umumiy sog‘lomlashtiruvchi mashqlar majmui sifatida emas, balki biologik ritmlar, asab tizimi faolligi, harakat faolligi gigiyenasi, jismoniy tarbiya metodikasi va sog‘lom turmush tarzi madaniyati bilan bog‘liq murakkab jarayon sifatida yoritiladi. Maqolada ertalabki mashg‘ulotlarning yurak urish tezligi, qon aylanishi, o‘pka ventilyatsiyasi, mushak tonusi, bo‘g‘imlar harakatchanligi, kayfiyat, diqqat, uyqu sifati va kun davomida mehnat qobiliyatiga ta’siri ilmiy manbalar asosida tahlil qilindi. Shuningdek, turli yosh guruhlarida ertalabki mashqlarni tashkil etishda individual holat, sog‘liq darajasi, yuklama me’yori, mashqlar ketma-ketligi va xavfsizlik qoidalariga rioya qilish zarurligi asoslab berildi. Xulosa sifatida ertalabki badan tarbiyasi muntazam, me’yoriy va ongli tashkil etilganda inson organizmiga kompleks ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi, biroq ortiqcha shiddat, uyqu yetishmasligi yoki sog‘liq holatini inobatga olmaslik kutilgan natijani pasaytirishi mumkinligi ta’kidlanadi.
