Abstract
Maqolada o‘simlik manbali polifenollarning antioksidant potensiali molekulyar tuzilish, kimyoviy reaktivlik, oziq-ovqat matritsasi, bioo‘zlashtirilish, ichak mikrobiotasi, redoks-signalizatsiya va insondagi klinik biomarkerlar o‘rtasidagi bog‘lanish asosida tanqidiy tahlil qilindi. Flavonoidlar, fenol kislotalari, stilbenlar, lignanlar va taninlarning erkin radikallarni neytrallash, metall ionlarini xelatlash, lipid peroksidlanishini cheklash hamda Keap1–Nrf2/ARE, NF-κB, AMPK/SIRT1 va eNOS yo‘llarini modulyatsiya qilish mexanizmlari umumlashtirildi. DPPH, ABTS, FRAP, CUPRAC, ORAC va hujayraviy antioksidant faollik usullarining axborot qiymati hamda cheklovlari qiyoslandi. Zamonaviy randomizatsiyalangan tadqiqotlar va meta-tahlillar polifenolga boy oziq-ovqatlar hamda ayrim standartlashtirilgan qo‘shimchalar oksidlovchi stress va kardiometabolik biomarkerlarda mo‘tadil ijobiy o‘zgarish berishi mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi, biroq natijalar preparat tarkibi, doza, metabolik fenotip va biomarker tanloviga bog‘liq. Polifenollarning haqiqiy biologik qiymatini baholash uchun kimyoviy testdan klinik natijagacha bo‘lgan ko‘p bosqichli translatsion model taklif etildi.
