Abstract

this article studied the effectiveness of decision-making of female leaders in management positions. The goal is that in recent years the participation of women in the leadership role has increased, and these changes will be educated to the Tashkent activist. The decision-making styles of female leaders have been explored, in particular, traits such as teaching collective thinking, openness to communication, and building good relationships with employees.
